Inner Tantra Maha Yoga’s essential teachings and practices. Tridlung of Medium Thun;
內續部馬哈瑜伽（大瑜伽）精要教法和修習。傳中坐法傳承。
12月29日晚上10：30-12：30
Inner Tantra Anu Yoga’s essential teachings and practices. Tridlung of Simple and Short Ganapujas;
內續部阿努瑜伽（無比瑜伽）精要教法和修習。傳簡單、簡短薈供傳承。
12月30日晚上10：30-12：30
Inner Tantra Ati Yoga teachings about the Rushans. Tridlung of Medium Ganapuja;
內續部阿底瑜伽（大圓滿）容申教法（輪涅分別法）。傳中薈供傳承。

We do Ganapuja of full moon and so on.

Giving advise for the daily life practices and tridlung of some secondary practices.
Our retreat will finish with a practice of Short Thun all together.
